ORDER STATUS You can expect to receive unimprinted,
in-stock items within 5-10 business days. Occasionally items ordered
together may be shipped separately. Please allow extra time for
delivery. Custom orders usually take 14-21 days, however, rush
service is available on most items. We do, however, ask that you
place your orders early for delivery during normal rush times,
especially between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS A back order is any item that
is currently out of stock, but will be shipped as soon as it is
available. Your are not charged additional shipping for back ordered
items. If there will be a delay of 2 weeks or longer, we will
notify you.
SHIPPING STATEMENT
Corporate Gift Promotions offers shipping via UPS STANDARD DELIVERY
and at Rush times FedEx and Airborne. Please allow 7 to 10 business
days for delivery. Occasionally items ordered together may be
shipped separately. Sorry, we cannot ship C.O.D. or to a post
office box, but WE GLADLY SHIP TO APO's via the US Post Office.
Corporate Gift promotions also offers express delivery An additional
charge will be added to basic shipping & handling charges
for delivery within the Continental US on most items unless
otherwise stated on the order form.

ORDERS TO CANADA &
Outside the Continental U.S.
All orders shipped to Canada are subject to a Canadian tax on
the recipients end. This tax is charged by the Canadian government
and it is NOT included in your normal shipping and handling charges.
It is paid on the receiving end and not the shipping side.
For all foreign orders, there
is a minimum order of $200USD Your order must be shipped with
the purchasers Shipping account number. Please be ready
to provide this number when ordering. We do not ship to residential
addresses outside of the continental US. All orders for products
shipped outside of the U.S., and originating in a foreign country
are required to prepay amount due in USD via wire transfer.
